Depending on my work load at the time of your order, I would like to tell you that it usually takes me 2 days to create a blinged out cup, and 1 day to create a simply designed cup. I like for the glue to dry at least 24 hours before shipping. Most orders can and will be shipped within 5 days. If my workload increases I will be sure to note that here. I would pray that the holiday season will be a busy one for me, so please get your orders in ASAP. Of course with any special request orders this will differ depending on the amount of product you order. I do design and create bulk orders so this may affect the lead time of smaller orders. I am a one person operation at this point, so please be patient, you will be extremely happy with my efforts.

I must insist that all designs be sent in a .png format. I use cricut and the easiest way for me to get a clean design is using .png formats for all designs. Second, I will need any special colors you desire and will do my best to match as close to your color as possible, I will send proofs and colors I intend to use to you before I start your cup for your approval. For this reason there will be NO REFUNDS on special orders. I will refund on my ready made designs if the cups HAVE NOT BEEN USED.

There will be rhinestone loss. This is just going to happen. If you happen to catch the stones as they fall off, you can just glue them back on with a minute amount of super glue. I use a non toxic glue, however, since you are NOT meant to drink directly from these cups you can re-attach with any strong hold glue.
